Consent to personal data processing

Hereby, pursuant to the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152 – FZ dated 27.07.2006, I give my consent to Scanderm Pro LLC (TIN: 9715233634), registered at the address: 121205, Moscow, ter Skolkovo Innovation Center, Bolshoy b-r, 42 p. 1 (hereinafter - Scanderm) and its affiliated companies to process the personal data provided (hereinafter referred to as PD), including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, destruction, deletion, combination, extraction, blocking. Purpose of personal data processing:    execution of the contract for the provision of Scanderm services to me for the use of the Site (https://scanderm.pro /); carrying out analytical and statistical research; personalization of offers available to me on the Site; ensuring the protection of rights and legitimate interests in case of violation of the Policy by me, or in a situation where there is a threat of such violation., Scanderm has the right to process the provided PD by including in accounting systems/electronic databases of Scanderm.

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: my name, email address, company, phone number and project information voluntarily submitted in a demo request; a face photograph only when I use photo analysis; cookies. Request details are used to respond to my enquiry and arrange a demonstration. This consent is given for a period of 5 years with the right to revoke at any time by sending an application to Scanderm at the following email address: info@scanderm.pro
