Personal data is collected when uploading a photo of a person after giving Consent to the processing of personal data (https://scanderm.pro /) by checking the appropriate web form "I have read and agree with the Consent to the processing of personal data." 1.5. The User agrees that putting a check mark in the appropriate web form "I have read and agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Consent to the processing of personal data" is the User's full and informed consent to provide the Operator with his personal data. 1.6. Processing purposes 4.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:: * in order to fulfill the contract for the provision of services by the Operator to the User for the use of the Site; * for the purpose of carrying out analytical and statistical research; * in order to personalize the offers available on the Website for the User; * in order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in case of violation of this Policy by the User, or in a situation where there is a threat of such violation. 5. Processing procedure 5.1. The Operator has the right to perform any actions (operations) with personal data permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the consent to the processing of personal data provided by the User, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer to for the purposes defined in section 4 of this Policy. 5.2. The Operator has the right to process personal data using computer technology (hereinafter referred to as Automated Processing). Automated processing may be performed by the Operator without direct access to them by the Operator's employees and/or counterparties, except in cases where such access is necessary for the specified persons to perform their official duties or obligations under a contract with the Operator, while such persons are required to comply with the security requirements established by the Operator when accessing personal data. To protect and ensure the confidentiality of personal data, all employees and contractors of the Operator comply with internal rules and procedures regarding information processing. These persons also comply with all technical and organizational security measures required by law and necessary to protect personal data. 5.7. Upon achieving the purposes of personal data processing, the Operator terminates the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 6. Privacy 6.1. The Operator and other persons who have obtained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose or process personal data to third parties without the User's consent, unless otherwise provided for by this Policy and federal law. 7. User Rights 7.1. The User has the right to: 7.1.1. require the Operator to clarify his personal data, block, delete or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights.; 7.1.2. appeal the actions or omissions of the Operator to the authorized body or in court; 7.1.3. to protect their rights and legitimate interests in the field of personal data protection, including compensation for damages and (or) compensation for moral damage in court; 7.1.4. revoke consent to the processing of your personal data by sending a written statement to the Operator at the email address info@scanderm.pro . 8. Ensuring security 8.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to meet the requirements of federal legislation in the field of personal data protection. 9. Limitation of Operator's liability 9.1. The Operator is not responsible for the disclosure and dissemination of the User's personal data, except in cases where such disclosure (dissemination) occurred due to the Operator's fault as a result of his violation of the rules provided for in this Policy and (or) legislation. 10. User Requests 10.1. Information about the personal data of the User and/or the person represented by the Operator processed by the Operator is provided to the User upon request. 10.2.
